Raglan Sleeve Woven Top

The Remy Raglan pattern from Sew House Seven Sewing Patterns, a simple relaxed style top. It is great for learning to sew raglan sleeves and French seams. Raglan sleeves are comfortable to wear and French seams makes beautiful finished seams. 

This pattern comes with a choice of purchasing one of 2 size ranges,  00-20 or curvy 14-34. It also has two versions one with a plain front the other with a keyhole slit in the front. You can choose from 3 sleeve options for either version.

-Fabric -lightweight woven fabrics that are not too stiff such as linen, linen/rayon or linen/viscose blends, cotton voile, and cotton gauze. If you want the roll up sleeve make sure your fabric will look nice with the back side of the fabric showing. Amount recommended for your pattern size. This top's length hits at high hip. If you would like a longer one you will need to buy 1/4-1/2 yd extra.

Supplies: 
- Sewing Machine with power cord and foot petal only for classes 2&3
- paper for tracing pattern, pencil or pen
- fabric weights if you have them
- tape measure
- thread 
- rotary cutter or fabric shears
- scissors for thread
- seam ripper
- fabric marker
- for version #2 -1 button approximately 1/2"-3/4" (12mm-20mm)

Class 1:
Tracing and cutting out pattern, checking fit, cutting fabric out

Class 2:
Loop for button, front seam if making version 2, attaching the sleeves with French seams, basting side seams checking fit, sewing French side seams

Class 3:
 Bias binding neck facing, topstitching, and hem
