Policy Change Notification
It is our desire to always provide the best service in a timely manner to our customers:
During times of high volume, Sisters Too will only service and repair Viking and Pfaff Machines purchased from Sisters Too.
Machines purchased from other dealers may be repaired during times of low volume; however, we
must make a determination at time of request.
Our Basic Machine Service:
- Full Machine Assessment
- Cleaning and Calibration
- Software updates, as appropriate
- Repairs and Restoration of broken or worn Parts
- Recommendations to promote the life of your machine & a lifetime of Creative Sewing!
If your machine should require parts or more intense repairs, you will be called with an estimate PRIOR to work being done.
Our goal is to return your Viking machine in Tip Top Shape, as quickly as possible. We try to have machines ready for pickup within 2 weeks.
We are available to accept your machine for repairs or pickup, Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM.
