Honey Bee Table Runner Block

Practice your machine applique skills with the classic Honey Bee block. We will talk about techniques for machine applique and make at least one block. Cutting instructions will be sent a week before class if you want to get started. The pattern will be provided.

Supply list:

Sewing machine, foot, cords, accessories, and manual

Embroidery foot or other open toe foot

Scissors, pins, extra sewing machine needles, extra rotary cutting blade

Rulers, rotary cutter, mat

Pencil or pen

Thread to match fabric for applique, neutral thread for piecing

Half yard of 3 or 4 fabrics for blocks (can purchase at Sisters Too, 20% discount for class use)

1 yard of fusible lightweight interfacing (can purchase at Sisters Too, 20% discount for class use)

These one session quilt block classes are a great way to get motivated while learning new blocks and new techniques!
